We dispatch from Tydd Gote, near Wisbech, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Delivery charges are worked out from the total weight of your order, and you see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

Import duty and local taxes are not included in the price you pay us. They are set by your own government and are payable to the courier on delivery.
Trailers
Trailers are delivered on a transporter within the UK, or can be collected from Unit 1 Main Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech PE13 5QD. A trailer delivered in the UK costs £149. Trailers are not shipped outside the UK.
Items that ship within the UK only
Lithium leisure batteries and trailers are restricted for international transport and can only be sent to UK addresses. Supplied and fitted services, mobile fitting and on site fleet fitting are carried out within the UK only. The product page says so where this applies.
Fitting appointments
Supplied and fitted options are fitted at our workshop at Unit 1 Main Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech PE13 5QD, by appointment, for UK customers only. We contact you within one working day of your order to arrange a booking. Mobile and on site fleet fitting is arranged by quote within the UK.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel when it arrives, and inspect trailers on delivery or collection. If anything is damaged, write that on the delivery note or tell the driver, and email us photos within 48 hours. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 5 working days in the UK, or 15 working days elsewhere, contact us and we will chase it.
